Fees
1)   My fee-for service charge is $125 per hour, $175 for an hour and a half of Hypnotherapy.  I do have a sliding scale for established clients who cannot afford full fee.

2)  Insurance:  If I am on your panel, I will accept the contracted rate and submit your bills.  You are responsible for understanding your insurance plan, knowing your copay, deductibles or coinsurance, and ultimately for the cost of treatment, should the insurer deny payment.
